Sir ,I attach information about the Standard Edition of C Subramania Bharati's Works Volume 1 Desiya Githangal (2008) edited by me. I will be grateful to you, if you publicise the information in your e-magazine, Pathivugal. However, our purpose is NOT to raise money at any cost, and, therefore, Sri Lankan Tamil refugees living in many parts of Canada, who may be facing financial hardship, should be discouraged from subscribing to the book (on account of their devotion to my grandfather, the Mahakavi)!

My name is S. Vijaya Bharati. I am a granddaughter of Indian National (Tamil) Poet C. Subramania Bharati, living in Canada (presently
in Vancouver) for the past 40 years.

I have edited and just published (in 2008) a Standard Edition of C. Subramania Bharati’s Works Volume 1 Desiya Githangal. This is
the 1st authentic edition of my grandfather’s Desiya Githangal, since his death in 1921. This book is to be followed by a projected 9 more volumes over the next 7, or 8 years.

The book has received a tremendous response in India. For more information, Search via Google for C. Subramania Bharati OR S. Vijaya Bharati. You may also search The Hindu online Site Search for my name.

The book is NOT for sale. I am offering 1 copy of the book for a 30$ Donation to my proposed publication project of Bharati’s Works.
