the Political Section of the
Liberation Tigeof Tamil Eelam (LTTE) Mr. S.P.Tamilselavn,
who is currently visiting European
countries, met with Norway Foreign Minister, officers and
press, on Thersday at 2.00 pm
for 3 hours, at the Norway Foreign ministry Office in Oslo.The
Head of LTTE's Political Section, Mr.S.P.Tamilselvan
and LTTE's Head of peace secretariat, Mr.Pulithevan,
participated in the meeting with Foreign Minister Jan
Petersen Undersecretary of State
VidarHelgesen and Special Envoy Erik Solheim."
The Leader of LTTE, Mr.V.Pirapaharan, and the Liberation
Tigers are fully committed to reaching
a just and sustainable
solution through negotiations with the Sri Lanka
Government.
However, although
21 months have passed since the signing of the
Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU), the Sri Lanka Army (SLA) have not
fully vacated
the temples and Schools
in the NorthEast," Mr.

resettlement assistance

rehabilitation.Many are

livelihood.
